Terms of service

These terms govern your use of chewvox.com and any order you place through it. The site is operated by U-ZHEN INTERNATIONAL (HK) CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, trading as Chewvox, of RM18, 27/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company. By placing an order you agree to what follows.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Products and descriptions

We describe our toys as accurately as we can and photograph them as they are. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and plush items vary a little from piece to piece because of how they are made. Sizes are given as guidance; where a size is stated, it refers to the toy itself, not to a dog.

Safety and supervision

Our toys are for supervised play. No dog toy is indestructible. Inspect a toy before each use and take it away once it is torn, coming apart, or small enough to swallow. Choose a size suited to your dog. We are not able to accept responsibility for injury or illness resulting from unsupervised play, from a toy used after it has been damaged, or from a toy given to a dog it was not sized for.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include neither shipping nor any import duty or tax that your country may charge on arrival. Those are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, because a price or description was wrong, or because we cannot ship to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery times given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

Our content

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written agreement.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
