Shipping policy

This policy is operated by U-ZHEN INTERNATIONAL (HK) CO., LIMITED, trading as Chewvox.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Hong Kong to the destinations listed at checkout. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently ship there.

Rates

Standard shipping is a flat US$5.99 per order, whatever the size of the order and wherever it is going. Expedited shipping is a flat US$9.99. The rate that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

We process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a Hong Kong public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days and expedited typically takes 4 to 8 business days. These are estimates based on how our carriers usually perform, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and carrier backlogs can add time, and we cannot control any of them.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to start updating after you receive it — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and import taxes

Prices at checkout do not include import duty, VAT, GST or customs charges. If your country charges these, they are payable by you on arrival and are set by your government, not by us. We cannot estimate them in advance or refund them.

Wrong address

Please check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email info@chewvox.com immediately and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. Once a parcel is in the carrier network we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it in full.
